My name is Janine Joubert and I am extremely passionate about Jesus! This is the most important thing you need to know about me. This is my core, what makes me tick and what excites me. In Him I am content and complete.

Second to my passion for Jesus, He also created me with a passion for nature. I grew up on a farm, have studied International Tourism, Field Guiding, Game Farm Management and Wildlife management. I used to work on Game Farms as Game Ranger, Lodge Manager, Cheetah Trainer….well I think you get the idea!
In 2007 I came to a point of feeling completely broken, empty and desperately in need of meaning to my life. I was led to Christ by a friend, and being so broken and empty, I grabbed onto Him with EVERYTHING I had. He became my Best Friend, my Rock, my Bridegroom, and I truly discovered the Lover of my soul. He loved me just the way I was. I met Someone who was excited about me, who wanted to spend every minute of every day and night with me, share secrets and jokes with me – in short He was Someone Who never grew tired of listening to me and spending time with me – I was hooked! Ever since I have been on the most exciting and fulfilling, adventurous ride with Him – studying Him, spending as much time as possible with Him and enjoying an intimate relationship that I have never experienced with any living person before. (If you don’t have this yet, I am happy to tell you that Jesus wants to be the same for you too!! Grab a hold of Him and don’t let go!)
During this journey, I have fallen in love with people (Christ in me and through me), He has been showing me that each of us are jewels created by Him with a calling and purpose- some are still diamonds in the rough 😉 but watch that space :). I love praying for people to see emotional healing, to see people starting to walk in their purpose and calling and in their God-given authority. He has given me a heart for the worldwide persecuted church, intercession, the prophetic… well, I love prayer in general.
Lou Engle (Co-founder of The Call Assemblies) recently made a statement and this makes me extremely excited: “Prayer is hearing the conversations in heaven and repeating them here on earth.” Much of this blog will be based on such conversations!
Kris Valotten (Bethel Ministries) said: “So how do we begin to walk in greater levels of revelation and understanding of heaven’s wisdom? I think the answer is simple and yet also profound in its impact. Revelation comes from friendship with God, because He makes His secrets known to his dearest friends.”
Today, with all of my heart, I want to introduce people to this Jesus. The romancer of our souls, a God who surely does not want to be put into any sort of box, who knows us better than we know ourselves.
I felt the Holy Spirit lead me to start this blog and use it as a platform to share with you some of the revelations and experiences I have received from God, all to His glory.
Now please note…. I am no writer or poet but my prayer for you is that through this blog…you may truly experience only God’s heart and His Great Love for you as you read these writings. May it continually increase your hunger for a lifestyle of intimacy with the King!
